Field Lister

The Cherokee County Tax Assessor’s Office is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Field Lister’s position.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to inspecting new building permits, inspecting reviews, measuring and evaluating all improved and unimproved property, maintaining records and files. 

Qualifications:

·         Prefer Real Estate experience
·     Must have computer skills including Microsoft Office

      ·         Prefer Customer Service experience
·         Must have a valid Driver’s License
